The first thing I noticed about Toonz is the warmth of the people here. Everyone greets you with a refreshing smile and it is amazing to see the veterans being compassionate and helpful to everyone around. There is a welcoming and supportive work culture here.  I am lucky that I could attend the Onam celebrations here at Toonz, immediately after I joined. I was able to see the celebratory mode, which was totally different from the official interactions that we usually see.  It’s a privilege to work with an organisation that has a 25-year long legacy. Hoping to grow with the organisation and be proactive in the best possible way. I also look forward to building a lasting relationship with everyone here.

I’d love to share my experience as a Junior Real-time Lighting Artist at Toonz Media Group! I've had the chance to learn many techniques in Unreal Engine, which has been incredibly rewarding. Working on a variety of projects has really helped me enhance my skills in both Unreal Engine and Fusion. I’m grateful for the support from my colleagues and mentors,it’s made this journey even better. I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead! Thank you.

So far, my experience at Toonz has been incredibly positive and enriching. As a newcomer, I’ve been welcomed by a supportive team that is both passionate and knowledgeable about the animation industry. The collaborative environment has allowed me to learn quickly, and I've had the opportunity to engage with exciting projects. Joining Toonz as a 2D animator has been an amazing experience! The onboarding was engaging, and I felt welcomed by my talented colleagues. I’ve loved diving into projects that challenge my creativity and help me develop my skills. While having someone to guide me through the working process would be beneficial, the collaborative atmosphere is truly inspiring. Overall, I’m excited to grow and contribute to such an innovative team!

It’s been almost a month since I joined Toonz, and I’ve had a good experience so far. My colleagues have been really friendly and helpful, which has made it easier for me to adjust to the new environment and get a handle on how things work. I’ve learned a lot in this short time and look forward to continuing to grow with the Toonz team.
